1. The items ordered during the campaign shall be delivered within 45 days (maximum). Please, proceed your ordered acknowledging this timeframe as no request for “Early/Emergency Delivery” shall be accepted.
2. During delivery of Motorbike, the customer shall provide the copy of NID, and recent 4 copies of passport size photo.
3. alisohor.com shall provide free delivery for the items weighed below 5 kg, ordered during campaign. For item/s weighed more than 5kg, delivery charge shall be applicable proportionately.
4. Any order/s placed by any person/s shall be cancelled immediately, if it is found and proved that s/he has bribed or tried to overrule the delivery order channel or tried any unethical practices through Alesha Mart officials or merchants.
5. Once any order is placed and confirmed by the client, in no way there shall be any refund for the ordered items.
6. In case of any unavoidable circumstances, state emergency or any Act of Gods, if any product is not delivered timely or if any order is cancelled by alisohor.com authority, the customer shall get the refund by alisohor.com as per company policy.
8. For the successful completion of the order and delivery, your utmost co-operation and supports shall be highly appreciated.
